Responsibilities
- Service Delivery: Delivering food and drinks promptly, serving according to hotel standards, and checking on customer satisfaction.
- Station Maintenance: Setting up dining areas, clearing tables, cleaning, and sanitizing to maintain sanitation standards.
- Billing & Payments: Preparing accurate bills, processing payments (cash/card), and resolving any billing issues.
- Communication: Coordinating with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure smooth service flow.
- Guest Service: Welcoming guests, offering menus, explaining daily specials, and providing recommendations.
- Order Management :Taking accurate food and beverage orders, using POS systems, and relaying orders to the kitchen..
