Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a National Trade Marketing Manager located in Lagos State, Nigeria.
• The National Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic trade marketing plans to achieve company objectives
• Day-to-day tasks include managing relationships with retailers and distributors, coordinating promotional activities, analyzing market trends, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels.
• The role also involves training and supervising the trade marketing team, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing marketing campaigns for maximum reach and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing Strategy, and Campaign Management
• Strong skills in Relationship Management, Communication, and Team Leadership
• Proficiency in Market Analysis, Data Interpretation, and Performance Monitoring
• Ability to create and manage Marketing Budgets, and implement Cost-effective Strategies
• Knowledge of the FMCG industry is an advantage
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
