    Marketing Specialist

    Job Summary

    • The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing innovative marketing campaigns, driving foot traffic, increasing online orders, and enhancing brand visibility.
    • You will manage daily marketing tasks, support strategic initiatives, and work cross-functionally to ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all platforms.

    Key Responsibilities
    Marketing Strategy & Execution:

    • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns tailored to target markets, new product launches, and seasonal promotions.
    • Analyze customer behavior and dining trends to inform marketing initiatives and promotions.
    • Work closely with the product, sales, and operations teams to align strategies.

    Digital & Social Media Marketing:

    • Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
    • Create and schedule engaging content (videos, graphics, stories, and ads) that align with brand voice and objectives.
    • Monitor digital analytics to track performance and optimize campaigns.

    Branding & Visual Communication:

    • Ensure consistent brand tone and message across all materials and touchpoints.
    • Oversee the creation of fliers, posters, menu boards, and in-store visuals for promotions.

    Customer Engagement & Loyalty:

    • Develop and manage customer engagement programs such as loyalty cards, giveaways, feedback surveys, etc.
    • Respond to and manage customer reviews and online brand perception.

    Partnerships & Events:

    • Support collaboration with influencers, media outlets, and local partners to boost exposure.
    • Help organize in-store activations and brand pop-up events.

    Performance Reporting:

    • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts (ROI, engagement, reach, etc.).
    • Provide monthly performance reports with insights and suggestions for improvements.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • 2–3 years of proven marketing experience, preferably in the food, beverage, or hospitality sector.
    • Strong knowledge of social media management, content creation, and digital marketing tools.
    • Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design software.
    • Good knowledge of customer segmentation, local market trends, and competitor analysis.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong project management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience working with a Quick Service Restaurant or FMCG brand.
    • Familiar with local and regional food trends and consumer behaviors.
    • Comfortable with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or CRM dashboards.
