    Executive Sous Chef

    Job Summary

    • We’re seeking a passionate, reliable, and skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team and help us take our kitchen operations to the next level.
    • As a Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain high food quality and consistency, manage kitchen staff, and ensure strict adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
    • You’ll play a key role in menu development, food presentation, and staff mentoring.

    Key Responsibilities

    Job Summary

    • The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing innovative marketing campaigns, driving foot traffic, increasing online orders, and enhancing brand visibility.

    Key Responsibilities

    General Operations Supervisor

    About the Role

    • We are seeking a highly proactive, energetic, and sales-driven General Operations Supervisor / Utility Coordinator to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of our facility.
    • This role is central to ensuring all utility and ambience equipment are functional, well-maintained, and optimized to create an exceptional guest experience.
    • The ideal candidate is hands-on, results-oriented, observant, and passionate about hospitality, maintenance, and sales support. You’ll be responsible for monitoring facility utilities, escalating technical or service issues promptly, promoting facility features (like our entertainment and sports equipment), and ensuring the environment is always guest-ready.

    Key Responsibilities
    Facility & Utility Management:

    • Conduct daily checks to ensure all equipment (ACs, speakers, TVs, kitchen tools, etc.) are functioning optimally.
    • Coordinate and supervise all routine maintenance activities and emergency repairs.
    • Work closely with vendors, electricians, and technicians to guarantee quick turnaround on utility issues.
    • Keep accurate logs of equipment usage, repairs, and maintenance schedules.

    Ambience & Environment Oversight:

    • Ensure lighting, music, décor, signage, and general ambience align with brand standards.
    • Raise immediate flags if anything compromises customer experience, cleanliness, or functionality.
    • Maintain aesthetic appeal and atmosphere of all service areas (restaurant, lounge, sports zones, etc.).
