Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager (Land Acquisition Manager)to identify, evaluate, and secure land opportunities while driving marketing strategies to support real estate sales. 
• The ideal candidate will have strong experience in land sourcing, verification, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire suitable land for development in line with company goals
• Conduct due diligence and land verification(C of O, Gazette, Excision, Survey Plan, etc.)
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote land and property sales
• Build and maintain relationships with landowners, agents, and community stakeholders
• Liaise with government agencies and land registries for documentation and approvals
• Negotiate land purchase agreements and close deals
• Generate leads and convert prospects into clients
• Monitor market trends and provide insights for business decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Estate Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in real estate marketing and land acquisition
• Strong knowledge of land documentation and verification processes
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
