    Marketing and Communications Manager

    What we are looking for 

    • We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing & Communications Manager to lead Casava’s brand and communication efforts.
    • You will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition, engagement, and retention while strengthening our brand presence across digital and offline channels.
    • You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Customer Success to craft messaging that resonates with our diverse audiences, communicates our value, and positions Casava as the go-to provider of digital insurance.

    Key Responsibilities
    In this role, you’ll be responsible for;

    Marketing Strategy & Execution:

    • Develop and lead the execution of integrated marketing plans that align with business goals.
    • Drive awareness and demand generation for Casava’s products across multiple channels (email, content, digital, PR, partnerships).
    • Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of paid media, SEO, SEM, and growth campaigns.

    Brand & Communication:

    • Define Casava’s brand tone, messaging, and identity across all touchpoints.
    • Craft compelling narratives that communicate our mission and impact in simple and relatable ways.
    • Manage external communications, including PR, media relations, press releases, and interviews.

    Content & Community Management:

    • Oversee the creation of high-quality, relevant content—blog posts, newsletters, video, and social media—that educates and engages target audiences.
    • Build and manage online communities to foster brand loyalty and gather feedback.

    Product Marketing:

    • Work closely with product and tech teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
    • Translate technical features into customer-centric benefits and value propositions.

    Customer Insights & Analytics:

    • Conduct market research and customer feedback loops to inform campaigns and strategy.
    • Track key performance metrics across campaigns; report on ROI and recommend optimizations.

    Team & Agency Management:

    • Manage marketing team members, freelancers, and external agencies as required.
    • Set clear KPIs and ensure timely execution of deliverables across all marketing initiatives.
