    Sales Representative

    Job Summary

    The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth by promoting the company’s financial products and services. The role requires a proactive individual with strong sales skills and the ability to engage and convert prospects into active customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Identify, prospect, and engage potential customers through field sales activities and referrals.
    2. Promote and sell the company’s savings and financial products to individuals and businesses.
    3. Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
    4. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
    5. Deliver clear and persuasive product presentations to prospective clients.
    6. Support customer onboarding and ensure proper account registration.
    7. Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
    8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
    9. Provide periodic reports on sales performance and market feedback.
    10. Gather insights on customer needs and competitor activities.

    Requirements

    1. Minimum of SSCE; OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline is an added advantage.
    2. Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, marketing, or a related role.
    3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    4. Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
    5. Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
    6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    7. Basic knowledge of mobile and digital tools for reporting.
    8. Willingness to work in the field and travel within Lagos.
