    Marketer

    Purpose of the Job

    The Marketer plays a key role in driving the company's marketing initiatives and contributing to its overall growth. This position is responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, attract new customers, and foster business expansion. The Marketer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns, analyze market trends, and optimize promotional activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
    • Create engaging and impactful marketing collateral, including online and offline materials.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
    • Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance online presence and customer engagement.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential challenges and opportunities

    Qualification and Experience

    • A minimum HND/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
    • Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
    • Required Competencies and Skills
    • Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Capability to tailor communication to different audiences.
    • In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.
    • Proficiency in using marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other relevant marketing technologies.
    • Efficient time management skills to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively.
