    Call Center Agent

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a friendly, customer-oriented Call Center Agent to support our quick-service restaurant operations.
    • In this role, you will handle incoming calls for orders, delivery inquiries, menu questions, and service concerns.
    • You will ensure every customer receives fast, accurate, and courteous assistance, reflecting the high standards of a hospitality brand like Pizza Hut.

    Responsibilities

    • Answer customer calls promptly with a warm, professional attitude.
    • Take food orders accurately, confirm details, and process special instructions.
    • Provide information about menu items, deals, promotions, and delivery times.
    • Assist customers with order changes, cancellations, and service concerns.
    • Coordinate with restaurant branches, delivery teams, and kitchen staff when needed.
    • Handle customer complaints with patience and escalate issues to supervisors if required.
    • Track and update customer information, order statuses, and interactions in the system.
    • Ensure adherence to food safety guidelines and company service standards.
    • Meet performance targets such as call quality, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
    • Support team members and maintain a positive, service-driven environment.

    Requirements
    Education:

    • A minimum of Higher National Diploma is required.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 1 year working experience in a call center is required.

    Skills:

    • Hospitality mindset.
    • Active listening and communication.
    • Order accuracy & attention to detail.
    • Problem-solving and adaptability.
    • Patience and customer empathy.
    • Team collaboration.

    Work Environment:

    • Fast-paced call center supporting multiple restaurant branches.
    • Use of headsets, computers, POS, and order management software.
    • Requires high energy, multitasking, and customer-friendly interaction.
