The Managing Director will be responsible for overall business leadership, with particular emphasis on business development, client acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion within the public sector.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute the firm’s growth strategy for public-sector consulting engagements
Identify, originate, and close new business opportunities across government institutions, agencies, and parastatals
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior public-sector stakeholders and decision-makers
Drive go-to-market strategies, proposals, pitches, and contract negotiations
Oversee delivery quality, client satisfaction, and long-term account growth
Required Experience & Profile
8+ years’ experience in a senior managerial or executive role
Strong background engaging the public sector, preferably within financial services, consulting, or regulated institutions
Demonstrated success in business development, revenue generation, and stakeholder management
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate and close complex deals
Excellent leadership, presentation, and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (postgraduate qualification is an advantage)
