Sales Manager / Team Lead at Arab Space Nigeria Limited

Arab Space Nig. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive property sales, and support the company’s growth strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the sales team
• Assign leads and manage sales targets
• Train and onboard new sales staff and freelance agents
• Track performance and prepare sales reports
• Improve deal closure and conversion rates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years sales experience (real estate preferred)
• At least 1 year experience managing a sales team
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong knowledge of the Nigerian real estate market
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills

Salary & Benefits

• ₦180,000 monthly salary
• 50% commission on personal sales profit
