Manager, Communities of Practice (CoP) at Fintech Association of Nigeria

Role:

• Community Development & Management: Design strategies to grow and sustain Communities of Practice (COP), facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, and ensure active member participation.
• Content & Programming: Develop high-quality resources, organize men- torship programs, technical workshops, and curate industry insights to ad- dress community needs.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with community lead- ers, industry experts, and regulatory bodies to promote collaboration and compliance within the fintech ecosystem.
• Strategic Planning & Reporting: Create annual strategic plans, monitor community performance against KPIs, and identify opportunities for cross-community collaboration.
• Skills & Competencies: Strong facilitation, communication, strategic think- ing, and project management skills, with expertise in community man- agement tools and platforms.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields with 5+ years of experience in community management, stakeholder engage- ment, and knowledge of Nigeria's regulatory landscape.
• Personal Attributes: Results-driven, adaptable, passionate about fintech innovation, and a natural relationship builder with strong ethical stan- dards.
