    Manager, Innovation & Technology

    Role:

    • Program Management: Plan and execute technology-focused programs, work- shops, and events. Monitor performance, gather feedback, and support startups in adopting innovative technologies.
    • Ecosystem Engagement: Build relationships with startups, investors, and technology providers. Facilitate collaborations and identify strategic partnerships to strengthen the fintech ecosystem.
    • Technology Management: Oversee technology tools for member engagement, deploy digital solutions for data management, and ensure the security of the asso- ciation's technology infrastructure.
    • Innovation Development: Research emerging technologies, contribute to design- ing programs that attract investments, and promote thought leadership in fintech innovation.
    • Member Support: Respond to member inquiries, offer innovative solutions, and pro- vide insights to enhance member services.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, or related fields with 3-5 years of experience in innovation, technology management, or pro- gram coordination.

    Skills:

    • Strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills, with a passion for fechnology and ecosystem development.

    Manager, Membership Operation

    Job Description

    • Membership Administration: Oversee seamless registration, onboarding, and renewals while maintaining an up-to-date and confidential member data- base.
    • Membership Growth & Engagement: Develop strategies to attract and retain members, coordinate communication, organize events, and manage feed- back channels to enhance member experience.
    • Strategic Planning Support: Assist in budgeting, strategic planning, and exe- cuting membership-related projects to align with the Association's goals.
    • Exceptional Member Experience: Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing member inquiries and resolving concems effectively.
    • Technology Integration: Collaborate with the tech team to deploy and main- tain digital fools that enhance member interactions and engagement.
    • Operational Excellence: Streamline workflows, tools, and processes to opti- mize membership services and interactions, ensuring efficiency.

    Manager, Communities of Practice (CoP)

    Role:

    • Community Development & Management: Design strategies to grow and sustain Communities of Practice (COP), facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, and ensure active member participation.
    • Content & Programming: Develop high-quality resources, organize men- torship programs, technical workshops, and curate industry insights to ad- dress community needs.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with community lead- ers, industry experts, and regulatory bodies to promote collaboration and compliance within the fintech ecosystem.
    • Strategic Planning & Reporting: Create annual strategic plans, monitor community performance against KPIs, and identify opportunities for cross-community collaboration.

    Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields with 5+ years of experience in community management, stakeholder engage- ment, and knowledge of Nigeria's regulatory landscape.
