    Pharmaceutical Raw Materials Sales Representative/Manager

    We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative/Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to promote and sell pharmaceutical products including empty capsules (hard gelatin capsules), active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), and pharmaceutical machinery to pharmaceutical companies. You will play a key role in growing our customer base, managing client relationships, and driving sales to meet company targets.

    As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction through professional and timely delivery of products and services. Your success will directly impact our company's growth and reputation within the pharmaceutical industry.

    Job Requirements:

    Experience :

    • Graduated in a relevant field such as Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Business Administration, or similar (preferred).
    • 3-5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field is highly preferred.
    • Experience in selling pharmaceutical products, such as hard gelatin capsules, APIs, and pharmaceutical machinery, is a significant advantage.
    • Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, regulatory requirements, and industry standards is a plus.

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex products in an understandable and persuasive manner.
    • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
    • Customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to build and nurture long-term relationships.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to solving problems.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple clients and projects.
    • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
