Job Description

• Membership Administration: Oversee seamless registration, onboarding, and renewals while maintaining an up-to-date and confidential member data- base.
• Membership Growth & Engagement: Develop strategies to attract and retain members, coordinate communication, organize events, and manage feed- back channels to enhance member experience.
• Strategic Planning Support: Assist in budgeting, strategic planning, and exe- cuting membership-related projects to align with the Association's goals.
• Exceptional Member Experience: Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing member inquiries and resolving concems effectively.
• Technology Integration: Collaborate with the tech team to deploy and main- tain digital fools that enhance member interactions and engagement.
• Operational Excellence: Streamline workflows, tools, and processes to opti- mize membership services and interactions, ensuring efficiency.
• Collaboration & Partnerships: Work with teams and stakeholders to deliver im- pactful programs, foster partnerships, and advance the Association's goals Data-Driven Insights: Monitor membership metrics, analyze data, and provid e actionable insights to improve outcomes and decision-making.
• Event Management: Plan and execute member-centric events, including workshops, webinars, and networking sessions, tailored to member needs.
