We are seeking highly motivated Management Trainees to participate in our comprehensive training program. As a Management Trainee at Mark Calthers Consulting Limited, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop the skills needed to succeed in the field of Human Resources and Business Management. You will work closely with experienced professionals and take on various responsibilities to prepare you for a successful career in consulting.
Responsibilities:
Participate in training sessions to learn about the company's services, processes, and best practices
Assist with research, data analysis, and project management tasks
Collaborate with team members on client projects and initiatives
Shadow experienced consultants and learn from their expertise
Develop and present reports, presentations, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the team
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field
Minimum of 5-7 years work experience in Human Resources management, Business Development or allied fields.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced consulting environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
