About Us:

We are a dynamic startup company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Volunteer to join our team! As a volunteer, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations team to ensure the smooth delivery of our services.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating logistics operations, including riders sorting, tracking, and operations activities. 
• Support the operations team with receiving, storing, and dispatching appropriate riders to designated clients.
• Help maintain accurate records and databases for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with riders to optimize processes and improve efficiency
• Assist with riders enquiry and provide information to prospective riders.
• Participate in special projects and tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Availability to commit 3 days per week per week.
• Ability to solve technical and Tactical issues.
• Highly Proactive with passion to deliver on assigned Target .
• Candidate must be residing in maiduguri.
