    Learning & Development Officer

    Position Overview:

    Brit Properties Nigeria Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Learning & Development (L&D) Officer to join our team. If you are passionate about fostering employee growth and want to be part of an innovative and thriving company, we want to hear from you!

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Training Needs Analysis: Identify training needs across departments, collaborating with managers and leadership to assess skills gaps.
    • Training Program Development: Design and implement engaging and effective training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and overall organizational performance.
    • Training Delivery: Facilitate in-house training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring employees acquire the necessary knowledge and skills.
    • Performance Evaluation: Conduct post-training evaluations to measure the effectiveness of programs and adjust accordingly for continuous improvement.
    • Employee Development Plans: Work closely with HR to create individual development plans (IDPs) for employees, supporting career growth and development.
    • Knowledge Management: Manage training materials, resources, and documentation to ensure they are up-to-date and accessible.
    • Training Coordination: Coordinate logistics for training events, including scheduling, venue management, and vendor coordination.
    • Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on training activities, employee development progress, and overall training ROI to management.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • A Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in Learning & Development or HR.
    • Proven experience in needs analysis, training program design, and delivery 
    • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
    • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and training management systems.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
