As a learning and development manager, you will be responsible for identifying training and development needs within an organization. You would help employees advance their skills and knowledge and work closely with business process team and the human resources (HR) department to design and implement training and development programs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping people learn and grow and possess excellent communication skills. Experience designing e-learning courses and managing budgets, that would be an advantage.
