Job Summary
- The ideal candidate will lead the Lagos premium chocolate sales pilot, drive corporate and institutional sales, manage strategic accounts, coordinate channel execution, and deliver aggressive monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute premium chocolate sales strategies across Lagos
- Build relationships with corporate organizations, hotels, premium institutions, and executive buyers
- Drive sales growth, collections, repeat business, and account expansion
- Coordinate field execution, fulfilment, and customer servicing
- Monitor pipeline performance and weekly sales reporting.
Requirements
- 3–6 years relevant experience in premium FMCG, hospitality, corporate sales, gifting, or modern trade
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation ability
- Strong reporting and sales tracking discipline.
