Job Summary 

• The ideal candidate will lead the Lagos premium chocolate sales pilot, drive corporate and institutional sales, manage strategic accounts, coordinate channel execution, and deliver aggressive monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute premium chocolate sales strategies across Lagos
• Build relationships with corporate organizations, hotels, premium institutions, and executive buyers
• Drive sales growth, collections, repeat business, and account expansion
• Coordinate field execution, fulfilment, and customer servicing
• Monitor pipeline performance and weekly sales reporting.

Requirements

• 3–6 years relevant experience in premium FMCG, hospitality, corporate sales, gifting, or modern trade
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and presentation ability
• Strong reporting and sales tracking discipline.

Job Summary 

• The successful candidate will drive sales across hotels, cafés, lounges, schools, churches, premium outlets, event channels, and reseller networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and onboard new channel partners and institutional buyers
• Manage reseller and HoReCa accounts
• Conduct product tastings and sales activations
• Drive repeat orders and account growth
• Maintain strong field execution and reporting discipline.

Requirements

• 2 – 5 years of experience in FMCG, hospitality, events, retail, or channel sales
• Strong field sales and customer acquisition capability
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.

Job Summary

• The successful candidate will support merchandising, product sampling, fulfilment coordination, quality checks, and field execution activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support product sampling and promotional activations
• Monitor outlet display quality and storage compliance
• Coordinate fulfilment and delivery follow-up
• Track damaged stock, customer complaints, and field observations
• Prepare weekly merchandising and fulfilment reports

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in merchandising, field activation, retail support, or fulfilment operations
• Strong attention to detail and execution discipline
• Ability to work across multiple field locations in Lagos
• Basic reporting and documentation skills
