    Kitchen Supervisor (Island Only)

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a responsible Kitchen Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations, supervise staff, and ensure food quality, hygiene, and proper use of kitchen materials.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise cooks and kitchen assistants
    • Ensure food is prepared according to company standards
    • Maintain cleanliness and proper hygiene in the kitchen
    • Monitor food portions and control wastage
    • Ensure all kitchen items and ingredients are used strictly for production
    • Prevent misuse, theft, or diversion of kitchen materials
    • Report shortages and ensure proper storage of food items.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc in Food and Nutrition, Food Technology, or related field
    • 2 – 4 years experience in fast food or restaurant
    • Good leadership and supervisory skills.
    • No Accomodation
