Team Lead, E-Business at DLM Capital Group

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Revenue Growth: Define and execute the digital banking roadmap, drive adoption across platforms, monitor KPIs, and maximize revenue from transaction fees and commissions.
• Product Development & Innovation: Conceptualize, launch, and scale digital financial products (loans, savings, wallets, bill payments, transfers) in collaboration with the Technology & Engineering team.
• Channels & Agency Banking Management: Oversee the uptime, security, and performance of USSD, Mobile App, and Internet Banking. Supervise agent network acquisition, onboarding, training, and fraud prevention.
• Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks: Lead the team handling failed transactions, NIP reversals, and card/POS chargebacks, ensuring strict adherence to CBN regulatory timelines (e.g., 72-hour SLA).
• Partnerships & Ecosystem Integration: Build strategic alliances with fintechs, aggregators, payment processors, and switches (NIBSS, Interswitch) to advance open banking models.
• Risk, Compliance & Analytics: Ensure digital platforms comply with CBN regulations and cybersecurity standards while utilizing transaction data to optimize customer experience and channel profitability.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 7–10 years of cognate experience in e-business, digital banking, or fintech, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Prior experience within a microfinance bank or financial institution is strongly preferred.
• Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of digital banking operations, NIBSS, Interswitch, CBN e-payment guidelines, agency banking, and digital dispute frameworks.
• Technical & Soft Skills: Strong strategic thinking, data analytics (Advanced MS Excel/Access), stakeholder management, and team leadership.
