    Branch Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking experienced Branch Managers to lead branch operations and drive business growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and coach Loan Officers.
    • Drive customer acquisition and loan portfolio growth.
    • Monitor branch performance and ensure target achievement.
    • Oversee loan recovery and portfolio quality.
    • Prepare branch reports and ensure operational compliance.

    Requirements

    • HND or B.Sc. in any discipline.
    • Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
    • Strong business development and people management skills.
    • Experience in financial services is an added advantage.
    • Must be highly motivated and genuinely willing to work.
