Dispatch Rider / Courier at Total Data Limited

Responsible for the safe and timely delivery of packages, documents, and goods to clients and designated locations. This role requires strong time management, attention to detail, and excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with traffic and company safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles to pick up and deliver packages.
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes using GPS and mapping tools.
• Load, unload, and secure items properly to prevent damage.
• Complete delivery documentation and obtain required signatures.
• Conduct regular vehicle checks and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of assigned vehicle.
• Provide courteous service and communicate effectively with dispatch.
• Keep accurate delivery, mileage, and fuel records.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a driver in courier, delivery, or logistics.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Good communication skills and familiarity with GPS tools.
• Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and handle packages.

Preferred:

• Experience with commercial vehicles or defensive driving certification.
• Good knowledge of Lagos routes and traffic patterns.
