​Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Male Chef to manage the daily meal preparation for our staff and management at our manufacturing facility in Ode Remo.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high culinary standards, ensuring kitchen hygiene, and preparing hygienic, nutritious, and delicious meals in a fast-paced industrial environment.

​Key Responsibilities

• ​Plan, prepare, and cook daily meals (breakfast and lunch) for staff and management in accordance with company schedules and hygiene standards.
• ​Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices are maintained across all kitchen and dining areas.
• ​Monitor kitchen inventory, track food supplies, and compile shopping lists to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
• ​Maintain equipment cleanliness and report any maintenance needs promptly.
• ​Accommodate dietary restrictions and special meal requirements when necessary.
• ​Collaborate with administrative and facility teams to manage canteen operations smoothly.

​Qualifications and Requirements

• ​Proven professional cooking experience, preferably within a corporate, industrial, or hospitality setting.
• ​Deep knowledge of local and continental cuisine, food safety regulations, and kitchen sanitation standards.
• ​Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prepare meals in large quantities.
• ​Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• ​Good personal hygiene and a professional demeanor.
• ​Residency or willingness to relocate around Ode Remo, Ogun State, or immediate environs.
