Job Description

As a Graduate Trainee, you will gain practical experience in sales and market operations while developing your commercial and professional skills.

You will be exposed to areas including:

• Field sales and market activities 
• Customer relationship management 
• Distributor relationship management 
• Sales execution and business development 
• Sales reporting and mobile reporting tools 
• Working with numbers and spreadsheets 
• Problem-solving and decision-making 
• Professional development and coaching 

This is a field-oriented opportunity for graduates who are comfortable working directly with customers and distributors and taking on practical business challenges.

Requirements

Interested candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) 
• Must be between 21 and 27 years old by October 2026 
• Must have completed NYSC 
• 0–2 years of work experience 
• Must be based in, or willing to work in, Lagos
