    Junior Digital and Social Media Manager

    Our client in the Pharmaceutical/Cosmetics industry is looking to hire a Digital & Social Media Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping their online presence and driving engagement across various digital and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will oversee the creation of compelling content, manage social media channels, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

    Qualifications

    • 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, or a related field 
    • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices and current digital trends 
    • Proficiency in photo and video editing software 
    • Understanding of website analytics tools 
    • Experience providing feedback from consumers on medical issues and resolutions 

    Responsibilities

    • Create and manage content for the Company's social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication 
    • Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns 
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques 
    • Develop and monitor campaign budgets 
    • Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, and implement them in the Company’s marketing campaigns 
    • Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing for the Company 
    • Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content 
    • Work with and manage a team of writers, marketers, and other stakeholders to maintain the Company's digital presence 
    • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels 
    • Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content 

    Must have skills

    • Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments.
