Junior Accounting Officer at Vivo Nigeria (Bhai Zheng Devices)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Officer to manage our financial transactions, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Provide financial guidance and support to management and other departments
• Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Professional certification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, ICAN) is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in financial software (e.g. QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office
