    IT Support / Digital Platform Administrator

    Job Summary

    • The IT Support / Digital Platform Administrator plays a vital role in monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks of the organization, creating & maintaining the content that tells the story of our company and its products and services

    Job Description

    • The IT Support / Digital Content Administrator plays a vital role in creating and maintaining the content that tells the story of our company and its products and services.
    • Using social media, marketing automation tools, Wordpress, and Adobe Creative Suite, the Digital Content Administrator digitally communicate the image and goals of the Company through the use of effective web, video and other digital communication strategies under the leadership of the Marketing Manager.
    • Design, enhance and maintain the Company's websites and other digital communication tools.
    • Ensure the technical effectiveness, compliance and functionality all websites, social media platforms.

    Major Roles & Responsibilities
    Web / Digital Content Administration:

    • Produces (writes, edits, posts, sends) content for the organization's websites, corporate newsletter, email campaigns, and sales and marketing materials.
    • Constantly update company’s e-commerce websites with new products, prices, photos, videos promotions etc
    • Performs SEO activities on website contents
    • Conducting keyword research and using SEO guidelines to optimize content.
    • Updating our websites, landing pages and social media pages with new graphics and video content as needed.
    • Managing and growing brand presence on various social media platforms.
    • Monitoring social media and company website metrics.
    • Reviews content performance and adjusts accordingly
    • Define, develop and deliver projects to enhance the website and digital communication tools in ways that align with the Company’s strategic goals
    • Creates digital content including, but not limited to, writing, graphics and video.
    • Oversee the content of the Company's web pages, digital signage and apps.
    • Consult with Line Managers and Company's Management to evaluate and implement tools and methods to deploy information on websites.
    • Constantly seek out information for the site and explore new technology and software and how it might assist the Company in communicating to various audiences.
    • Monitor web-related software licenses to ensure compliance.
    • Monitor site-level analytics to improve the performance and engagement
    • Maintain and administer all legal domains owned by the Company
    • Assist in the development, documentation, and communication of acceptable use of electronic communications policy, regulations and standards.
    • Monitor all system activities including Internet use to ensure proper use.

    IT Support:

    • Monitors and maintains the computer systems and networks of the company
    • Installs and configures computer systems, diagnoses hardware and software faults and solves technical and application problems
    • Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them
    • Replace parts as required when necessary
    • Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers
    • Oversees the operations of the companies' websites / digital platforms and resolves issues immediately as they occur.

    Administrative:

    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Others:

    • Ownership of companies websites and e-commerce sites
    • Ownership of social media channels
    • Ownership of email messaging related to webinars, etc.

    Qualifications
    Education / Certification:

    • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Computer Science or other related field preferred.

    Special Knowledge & Skills:

    • Ability to create digital content
    • Graphic design experience
    • In depth knowledge of HTML or other web-based technologies
    • Understanding of analytics and search engine optimization
    • Knowledge of Internet infrastructure and practices
    • Ability to detect, analyze,and solve technical problems
    • Knowledge of strategic communications, public relations and marketing strategies
    • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to detect, analyze,and solve technical problems
    • Knowledge of website design practices and familiarity with current trends in social media and networking strategies.

    Experience:

    • Two or more years of professional website/digital communications management experience preferred.

    Salary
    N80,000 - N110,000 Monthly.
