Operations and Administrative Supervisor
- Job Type Full Time , Onsite
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 2 - 4 years
- Location Oyo
- Job Field Administration / Facilities
- Salary Range ₦100,000 - ₦150,000/month
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily operations and administrative activities.
- Supervise staff, enforce discipline, and ensure efficient workflow.
- Oversee records, correspondence, office supplies, and asset management.
- Implement SOPs, monitor compliance, and support HR on attendance and leave.
- Prepare operational and administrative reports; ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of inventory or HR systems is an advantage.
- High integrity, proactive mindset, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
