Summary

• We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Investment Banking (Analyst) to join our team. 
• As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for conducting financial modeling, preparing pitch decks, performing market research, and providing transaction execution support. 
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Modeling:

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate potential investment opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, debt/equity offerings, and other strategic transactions.
• Conduct sensitivity analyses and provide recommendations on deal structuring.
• Prepare and present financial forecasts and projections to support client decision-making.

Pitch Decks:

• Assist in the preparation of pitch decks for client presentations, showcasing strategic recommendations, financial analysis, and market insights.
• Create compelling and visually engaging materials that communicate complex financial information in an accessible way.
• Collaborate with senior bankers to tailor pitch decks to specific client needs and objectives.

Market Research:

• Conduct in-depth market research and industry analysis to identify potential investment opportunities and competitive landscape.
• Monitor trends, economic factors, and regulatory changes that may impact clients or potential deals.
• Prepare reports and summaries on market conditions, industry dynamics, and competitive benchmarking for client discussions.

Transaction Execution Support:

• Provide support in the execution of financial transactions, including due diligence, deal structuring, and document preparation.
• Coordinate with legal, tax, and other advisory teams to ensure smooth transaction execution and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing transaction-related documentation, including offering memoranda, term sheets, and other deal-related materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 4 -5 years of experience in investment banking, finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment banking processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with financial modeling and transaction execution in M&A, IPOs, or capital markets.
• Familiarity with financial databases such as Bloomberg, CapitalIQ, and Thomson Reuters.
• Prior internship experience in investment banking or financial services.
