Key Responsibilities
Receive and process cash deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
Verify customer information and transaction details
Maintain accurate records of daily transactions
Address customer inquiries and provide information on banking products and services
Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
HND (Upper Credit & Distinction only)
Must have completed NYSC
Previous banking or customer service experience is an added advantage
