International NGO Consultant for M365Grow at M365Connect

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive strategy for establishing M365Grow, including mission alignment, goal setting, and long-term sustainability planning.
• Legal and Regulatory Navigation: Advise on the best jurisdiction for registering the charity, ensuring compliance with international laws and regulations. Guide the process of legal registration and any necessary certifications.
• Operational Setup: Outline the operational structure needed for M365Grow to function effectively across borders, including setting up remote operations and establishing key partnerships.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage with potential partners, donors, and other stakeholders critical to the charity's success.
• Fundraising and Resource Mobilization: Develop a fundraising strategy that aligns with M365Grow’s mission and objectives, including identifying grant opportunities, donor engagement, and alternative funding models.
• Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish a framework for monitoring and evaluating the charity's impact, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in consulting for NGOs, with a focus on international projects.
• Deep understanding of the legal and operational aspects of charity establishment and management.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with the tech sector and how technology can be leveraged for social good (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and navigate uncertainty in a startup environment.
• Fluent in English, with additional languages considered a plus.
