Job Overview:
A Process and Documentation Auditor for a retail hypermarket company is responsible for conducting comprehensive evaluations of the organization's and each retail outlet’s processes and documentation to ensure they are efficient, effective, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations. The primary duties of a Process and Documentation Auditor include:
The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong understanding of process improvement methodologies, experience in auditing and process analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, strong computer and Microsoft Excel skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as excellent report writing skills. Additionally, they should have a detailed knowledge of retail operations and a deep understanding of the hypermarket industry.
