    In-House Legal Counsel / Executive Assistant

    We are seeking a highly organized and versatile professional to serve as an In-House Legal Counsel. This role requires a legal expert who can provide sound legal advice while also supporting senior leadership with high-level administrative and strategic coordination.

    The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of managing both legal and executive priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
    • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
    • Ensure company compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
    • Manage legal risks and support dispute resolution and litigation processes.
    • Liaise with external counsel, regulators, and relevant stakeholders.
    • Maintain and organize legal documentation and records.
    • Provide direct administrative support to the CEO
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
    • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Track key deliverables, follow-ups, and strategic initiatives.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B); BL qualification is required.
    • Minimum of 3–5 years post-call experience in a corporate or commercial law setting.
    • Proven experience supporting senior executives is an added advantage.
    • Strong knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
    • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
