    Immigration Client Liaison Officer

    Job Summary

    • We have an immediate opening for an Immigration Client Liaison Officer.
    • To thrive in this role, the Candidate must be energetic in Co-ordination and processing of immigration requirements, passports, visa and logistics services related to clients’ services. Other duties will include market research pitches, managing a variety of projects, and identifying new business opportunities.
    • The Candidate should exhibit resourcefulness, be organized and motivated to enhance the company's reputation, and look for new and creative ways to immigration service offerings.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
    • Prepare and co-ordinate itinerary (both Lagos and out-of-station) on behalf of expatriate clients as may be required
    • Process immigration requirements associated with the various requests.
    • Keep clients’ up-to-date record on expiry dates of visas, quotas, CERPAC, passports etc
    • Prepare and send out weekly reports to clients on the status of their expatriates.
    • Prompt and accurate processing of visa requests in accordance with embassy policy
    • Ensure proper correspondence with clients and provide prompt update/feedback on information regarding client transactions
    • Promptly handle E-passport requests from clients
    • Package and organize a comprehensive and informative guided tour for Lagos Island (Ikoyi, Victoria Island and Lekki)
    • Drive unit sales and marketing strategy (plans, tactics and results) with sales team’s assistance

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • BSc / BA in Public Relations, Communications or relevant field with 1-5 years work experience.
    • Solid understanding of project management principles
    • Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
    • Outstanding organizational and planning abilities
    • Good interpersonal and networking skills, highly articulate team player
    • Strong project management and people management skills
    • High degree of accuracy in executing work
    • Ability to schedule work and deliver on tight deadlines.
