As the Reservation & Ticketing Officer, you will be responsible for managing flight reservations, ticket issuance, and customer booking requests while providing accurate travel information and excellent client service.
Responsibilities
Handle flight reservations, ticket issuance, revalidation, and cancellations
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate travel and fare information
Coordinate bookings with airlines and travel partners
Maintain accurate booking records and reservation documentation
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or HND; smart and trainable graduate
Basic knowledge of travel reservations and ticketing processes (training provided if needed)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work with booking systems and office applications
