Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.

Support current and future business needs through workforce planning and talent management.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Oversee compensation plan and benefits program in line with company policy.
Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
Monitor and report on HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, absenteeism).
Drive performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback systems.
Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and productivity.
Manage employee insurance programs including GLI, NSITF, and HMO schemes, ensuring compliance and timely administration.
Oversee statutory contributions and compliance with the Industrial Training Fund (ITF), Pension schemes, and Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, CIPD) is required.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (mandatory)
