Responsibilities:

• Oversee payroll processes and manage employee benefits to ensure timely and accurate compensation.
• Add new products to our website and manage inventory on our Amazon store.
• Create and manage spreadsheets to track financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
• Order inventory as needed and conduct research to find cost-effective ingredients and packaging solutions.
• Identify and implement strategies to reduce costs without compromising on quality.

• Proven experience in operations management, particularly within an e-commerce environment.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams.
• Proficiency in managing payroll and employee benefits.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to create and interpret financial spreadsheets.
• Experience with inventory management and cost reduction strategies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
