We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Officer to oversee daily business operations, streamline processes, and ensure optimal performance across all departments.
Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new employees.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Oversee performance appraisals and provide guidance on career development.
Coordinate staff training and development programs.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field.
Proven experience as an HR officer, administrator or other HR position.
Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
