Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Officer with a strong background in manufacturing and union relations to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on HR experience within a manufacturing environment, demonstrating expertise in employee relations, compliance, and union handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for manufacturing staff.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives and legal requirements.
• Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, safety standards, and industrial regulations.
• Act as a liaison between management and union representatives, maintaining positive and productive relationships.
• Participate in union negotiations and grievances, ensuring adherence to agreements.
• Conduct training sessions on company policies, safety, and employee rights.
• Maintain accurate HR records and report on key HR metrics.

Qualifications & Experience

• Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree
• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven experience working with unionized workforces.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, and union protocols.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism.
• HR certification (such as SHR, PHR, or equivalent) preferred.
