Job Summary

• A growing telecommunication company is looking to hire a proactive and result-driven HR Business Partner / HR Generalist to support its people operations and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances in the assigned region, ensuring resolution in line with company policy and labour laws
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, promoting open communication and collaboration
• Facilitate performance management processes, including goal-setting and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to support seamless new employee integration
• Handle onboarding sessions for new hires
• Collaborate with senior management to implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives and sales targets
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the line manager

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND qualifcation with 1-2 years work experience.
