Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nigeria for a Human Resource Officer.
• The role involves managing recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding and training programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting employee relations initiatives.
• The Human Resource Officer will also assist in performance management, conflict resolution, and the development of company policies to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Human Resource management skills, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements
• Experience in designing and implementing training and onboarding programs
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, including maintaining accurate employee records
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in HR software and tools
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related fields
• Previous HR experience in a professional environment is a plus
