Speedy Affix Recruitment Agency is recruiting on behalf of our client, Davruna Properties, a fast-growing real estate company with property offerings across Ogun State.

We are seeking a creative, results-driven, and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join the team and drive lead generation, brand visibility, and digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate qualified real estate leads
• Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and other digital platforms
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence
• Create engaging marketing content including graphics, captions, videos, and campaign materials
• Maintain and update the company website regularly
• Execute email marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives
• Monitor analytics, campaign performance, and prepare marketing reports
• Support branding and online reputation management efforts

Requirements

• SSCE, OND, HND, or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing, paid ads, and lead generation
• Experience with content creation and content marketing
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe tools, etc.) is an added advantage
• Knowledge of website management tools such as WordPress or similar platforms
• Experience with email marketing tools and CRM systems
• Professional digital marketing certifications are highly appreciated
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets

Work Structure

• Hybrid role: 3 days onsite in Ogba, Lagos and 2 days remote
