    Global Sales Internship Program – July 2026

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Shadow experienced local salespeople during live meetings, calls, and client interactions.
    • Learn how global platforms are sold and managed in your region.
    • Take part in weekly online training sessions with Aleph’s sales enablement team.
    • Connect with interns from around the world in guided group discussions.
    • Complete a Capstone Project based on your market and pitch your ideas to leaders.
    • Receive feedback and mentorship from professionals in your own country

    What You’ll Learn

    • Sales techniques: how to prospect, pitch, and close deals
    • How global platforms like TikTok and Google work with advertisers
    • CRM tools, sales analytics, and client relationship management
    • Cross-cultural communication and virtual collaboration
    • Sales ethics and professional behavior in global business

    Where You'll Be Working

    • You’ll be based in your local Aleph office. This is where you will:
      • Work alongside real sales teams in your city
      • Join live online sessions with interns and leaders across LATAM, Africa, APAC, MENAT, and Europe
      • Learn how global brands operate in different markets

    Who Should Apply?

    • This program is designed for young, ambitious talent who want to build global skills.
    • Current students or recent graduates (business, marketing, communications, or related fields).
    • Interested in digital media, advertising, sales, or global business.
    • Proficient in English.
    • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn by doing.
    • Available full-time in July 2026 to work in your local Aleph office.
