Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations and strategy
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company standards
• Support leadership with people management and organisational development initiatives

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
• Proven experience as an HR Manager
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and drive HR initiatives.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
