    Human Resource (HR) Specialist

    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource (HR) Specialist to join our team. The HR Specialist will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

    Job Functions/Responsibilities

    • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
    • Assist with on-boarding new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and processing new hire paperwork.
    • Manage employee relations issues, including resolving conflicts, addressing complaints, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
    • Support performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees and managers.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
    • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to support the company's goals and objectives.
    • Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees on a range of HR-related matters.
    • Stay up-to-date on relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

    Requirements/Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3- 5years of experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and principles.
    • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with employees at all levels.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
