Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily studio operations for TV and Radio broadcasts.
• Coordinate with producers, presenters, engineers, and technical crew during live and recorded programs.
• Ensure all studio equipment is properly set up and functioning before broadcasts.
• Maintain order, discipline, and professional standards within the studio environment.
• Schedule studio usage for programs, recordings, and rehearsals.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
• Report technical issues and liaise with engineering teams for prompt resolution.
• Support program production teams to achieve high-quality broadcast output.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND / BSc in Mass Communication, Broadcasting, Media Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in studio operations within a TV or Radio station.
• Good knowledge of broadcast studio equipment and operations.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, especially during live broadcasts.
• Good communication and leadership abilities

• 2–3 years experience in presenting, broadcasting, media, or public speaking (fresh talents with exceptional skills may also apply).
• Excellent spoken English and clear voice delivery.
• Confident personality with good on-camera and on-air presence.
• Ability to research topics and engage audiences.
• Knowledge of current affairs, entertainment, lifestyle, or social issues is an advantage.

Requirements

• Minimum of BSc/HND in Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in journalism or newsroom operations, preferably in TV or radio broadcasting.
• Strong editing and news judgment skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Good understanding of broadcast newsroom workflow.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
