    Human Resource and Clients Relationship Manager

    Job Summary

    • The HR and Client Relationship Manager is responsible for the overall administration and management of the HR & CR department. He/she is responsible for planning, organizing and directing the activities of the department to align with company-wide strategic and operations goals

    Responsibilities

    • Provide HR-related direction, guidance, and support to the organization.
    • Arrange, manage, and execute all phases of recruitment and onboarding
    • Develop an annual training programme that meets business objectives and integrated management system standards
    • Spearhead, organise and manage all phases of the cadetship programme and manpower supply with assistance from the Marine Superintendent and Managing Director
    • Implement and maintain the performance appraisal systems
    • Develop and review HR process and procedure in line with company goals, best practices, and applicable laws
    • Review and oversee the payroll system, and compensation and benefit programme
    • Frame and advise on compensation, transfer, promotion, internship, grievance, and exit procedure policy.
    • Recommend, promote and change health plans, retirement etc., in the best interest of the company and employees.
    • Act as a secretary during management meetings and meetings with IOCs and Government Agencies
    • Liaise with heads of departments in compiling and disseminating information on employee competency building and health & safety
    • Prepare an Annual Action Plan with physical & financial targets specifying tasks, timelines, procedures, budget allocation & outcomes for HR & Admin
    • Review SLAs, tender documents, and quotations on manpower supply and crewing
    • Performs other position-related duties as advised by the Executive Director

    Qualifications

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science, Management, Administration or other related course.
    • M.Sc. / MBA is an added advantage
    • Minimum 5 years of HR work experience.
    • ACIPM, CHR, SHRM, CIPD or other relevant professional certification.
    • Knowledge of employment law, Compensation and benefit
    • Experienced in writing policies and proposal
    • First-rate communication skills (writing and verbal)
    • A team player
